1. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Basic Shipping in the United States takes 3- 5 business days from the moment your item is printed (3 days from day the order is placed).

2. What if my item arrived damaged?

First, we apologize that your item may have arrived damaged. To help us assist you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We will work on getting you a replacement item A.S.A.P.

3. I never received my item, what now?

We are here to help. Please use the contacts page to send us a note and we will get to the bottom of it.

4. What if the item is not the right size?

If you would like a different size, get in touch with us on the contacts page and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

5. My promo code isn't working.
